Kevin J. Frank, 41, of Liverpool, passed away Monday.
He was born on January 16, 1973 in Utica, NY to John and Deborah Frank.
Kevin was employed at FedEx Ground for 6 years as a driver for the Fulton/Oswego area.
Kevin and Shelly loved spending time outdoors and were inseparable.
Survivors include the love of his life for 23 years, Michelle Cook; his parents; two siblings, Rodney (Lorie) Frank and Laurie (Michael) Fegley; nephews and niece, Robert Stanger, Jarrod Stanger, Samantha Frank and Austin Frank and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be 4-8PM Thursday at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. Funeral Service will be 11AM Friday, also at the funeral home. Burial at North Syracuse Cemetery.
