Kenzo Kuroda March 21, 2011 Kenzo Kuroda, 90, of North Syracuse, passed away Monday, March 21, 2011, at Loretto. Born in Tacoma, WA, to Wataro and Akiko Kuroda, he served in the U.S. Army, graduated from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and worked for Community General Hospital as the chief microbiologist.
He is survived by his sister, Yoshiko Pat Kuwahara; brother Goro John Kuroda; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kazuko, and brother, Kozo.
Memorial services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Loretto Interfaith Chapel. Private burial will be at Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
