Kenneth B. Rogers Sr.

Kenneth B. Rogers Sr., 82 of West Monroe, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022. He was born on February 23rd, 1940 in Syracuse, NY to the late Spencer and Ruth Rogers.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. He raced his race car #71 at the local tracks from 1961-2014. He also raced quarter midgets with his youngest son, coached North Shore Little League baseball. He was a foster father for 42 years. His family will always remember the life lessons learned in his garage.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Judith; children, Mark (Lisa) Rogers, Melissa (Ardean) Scriba, Kenneth (Ada) Rogers, Becky (Terry) Rogers, Dempsey Rogers, Scott Rogers and Dante Rogers; 6 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Burial will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Toys for Tots.
