Kenneth E. Newton, 81, of Liverpool passed away on Saturday after a long illness. Born in Watertown, he was a WWII Veteran serving in the Navy and retired from the US Postal Service.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Peggy Newton; 2 sons, Steven (Anne) Newton, Robert (Susan) Newton; a daughter, Cindy (Thomas) Smith; 3 stepsons; 1 stepdaughter; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a sister, Helen Woods and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no Calling Hours and services will be private.
