Kenneth M. Sharp, 93, a lifelong resident of the Syracuse area passed away at a nursing facility in S.C. He was born in Phoenix, NY, son of Athel and Marian Sharp. He worked for decades for Rollway Corp., he was a member of the Navarino United Methodist Church, where he was a Lay Minister and devoted choir member, especially since his wife Vera was choir director. He also at one point founded and directed a local barber shop quartet. Among his many other interests were bowling, ping pong, history and model trains. He was predeceased by his wife Vera in 2002 and daughters Amy & Brenda.

Surviving are son Steven (Angela) Sharp and daughter Diana Dietsche, both of Syracuse, 2 grandchildren Lesley (Kevin) Doney, David Dietsche, 5 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, brother Ron (Jeanne) Sharp and sister Mary Jane Larrabee.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 10-12noon at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with services to follow.

Contributions may be made to the Agape Senior Hospice, 1053 Center St., W. Columbia, SC 29169.
