Kenneth W. Kernes, 63, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday with his family by his side.
Kenneth retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service.
He was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth R. and Hazel Kernes and 2 sisters, Patricia and Sharon.
Kenneth is survived by his wife of 15 years, Ednalynn; 4 children, Christina, Katherine, Kelly (Michael) Haynes and Steven Burgess, Sr.; 7 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; 1 great-granddaughter; 1 great-grandson to arrive in August; 1 sister, Karla Stallings; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Saturday 12-2PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse with a service to follow at 2 PM.
