Kenneth Wayne Gauthier

Kenneth Wayne Gauthier, 68, of North Syracuse passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.

Born in Syracuse, NY in 1956 to Victor F. and Irene Gauthier, Ken was adopted and raised by Norman H. and Bonnie Gauthier in Liverpool, NY.

A 1974 graduate of Liverpool High School, Ken worked for more than 35 years for Byrne Dairy. After retiring he worked at his happy place, Rogues Roost Golf Course.

Ken was pre-deceased by his dad, Norman Gauthier Sr.

He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Gauthier of Broomfield Colorado; children, Michael (Sarah) of Liverpool, Katie (Justin Peryea) of North Syracuse, and Patrick of Harrisburg PA; granddaughter, (and light of his life) Charlee; brothers, Gary and Norman Jr. (Cindy) of North Syracuse, William (Rachel) of Austin TX; sisters, Therese (Alan Barrowcliff of Broomfield CO, Vicki (Gary) Neuser of Buckeye AZ, Dina (Bill) DeGree of Simpsonville. SC and Carol (Ken) Setting of Naples, FL.

Ken’s favorite pastimes in life were Golf, Golf, and if possible, even more Golf. His favorite place was Hole number 4 at Rogues Roost West Course in Bridgeport where he got his first Hole-in-One.

Calling hours will be held from 5pm - 8pm on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at the Liverpool Masonic Lodge, 608 Oswego St., Liverpool, NY.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on January 30, 2025 at 11:30am, at Epiphany Parish - Saint Joseph the Worker Church in Liverpool.
