Kelley Marie Ryan, 26, of Cicero, passed away Saturday at Crouse Hospital after suffering complications of Juvenile Diabetes. Born in Syracuse, she was a 1997 graduate of Cicero-North Syracuse High School. She attended O.C.C. for nursing and worked briefly at University Hospital in radiology. Kelley loved to watch the Food Network, cook and eat. She also loved camping, canoeing and spending time with family. Kelley is Survived by her parents Gary & Jane Ryan of Cicero; sister, Cheryl Fry and her husband Ed and their daughters Brandy and Meghan; sister, Amy (Ryan) VanSteenburgh and her husband Erik and their children Nicholas & Alysha; brother, Shawn Ryan and wife Adira and their children Sean Patrick and Zoë; grandmothers, Leoda Arnold and Anne Ryan as well as an uncle, David Arnold. She is also survived by several great aunts. Services will be held on Wednesday at 7 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home. Burial will be private. Friends may visit Wednesday at the funeral home from 4-7 PM, 705 North Main St., North Syracuse. Contributions may be made to either the American Kidney Foundation or American Diabetes Association.
