Kathleen Ann Ashley

Kathleen Ann "Kathie" Ashley, 53, of Syracuse, passed away on November 30, 2023. She was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Ethelinda Ackey and Thomas Murray. Kathie loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed Angry Birds, Solitaire, Family Guy and Jeff Dunham. Kathie also enjoyed listening to music, especially Alan Jackson.

Kathie was a strong woman. She will be remembered for her humor, one liners and being able to recite her favorite comedians.

Kathie was predeceased by her two children, Daniel Mark Murray and Michael Ashley.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Ashley; three grandchildren, Manuel, Easton and Carter; two brothers; one sister; brother-in-law, Harold (Jennifer) Ashley; nieces and nephews, Cameron, Maddison, Mariah and Makennah and her beloved dog, Chaos.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 9th 1-2pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals.
