Karyl L. (Rougeux) Downs, 74, of Sandy Pond, died unexpectedly Monday, December 23, 2019.
Karyl was born January 5, 1945 to the late Clarence and Catherine (Molligi) Rougeux in Binghamton, NY.
Karyl was a 1963 graduate of Sandy Creek Central School. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sister, Mary Jane.
She leaves behind her brothers, Edward (Betty) Rougeux of North Carolina; Jack Rougeux of Sandy Creek; and Michael Rougeux of Pennsylvania. She is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Daniel of Sandy Pond. She is also survived by her loving children, Christopher (Margaret) Downs of Central Square, and by her daughters Paula (Kevin Hearn) and Pamela Downs, both of Auburn, NY.
The family will have a private remembrance gathering. She will forever be in our hearts until we join her one day.
