Karen J. Peck, 65, of Syracuse, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023, at Van Duyn Nursing Home after a long illness. Karen was born in Syracuse on January 15, 1958 daughter of the late Michael and Genevieve Kurgan. Karen retired from Mutual of New York in Syracuse after several years. Karen enjoyed her time with family in the Adirondacks.
She is survived by her husband Douglas Peck, her son Philip Peck, Two Sisters, Cynthia (Richard) Abbott and Janet (Zenon) Hayduke, Three Granddaughters, Maddison, Harper and Willow, along with nieces and nephews, including her nephew, Christopher Smith.
Per the request of Karen, there will be no services. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
