Karen N. Haberer, 49, of Liverpool, passed away Friday after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Rome, NY, she worked as a bartender, daycare provider and a job coach for Unity Employment Agency.
She is survived by her children, Cheyna and Dustin Haberer; sisters, Donna Smith and Laurie Uhlig; niece, Sarah Smith; nephew, Jordan Uhlig; and many loving and supportive friends.
Services will be 12 noon, 10/24 (Saturday) at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Calling hours will be Saturday from 10AM – 12 noon, at the funeral home, before services.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave., Syracuse, NY 13208.
