Julia B. Waugh

Julia B. Cichocki Waugh, Born January 1, 1939, daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Cichocki. Formerly of Solvay in her youth she also lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for 15 years.

Julia was a retired beautician 55 yrs. She worked in many places. She was a Treasurer of the Fairview Cemetery in Bundyville for many years, also Lakeland Citizens Group. She enjoyed her Egg art, going out to eat with friends, especially at MaMa Nancy, also going to antique auctions. She loved her dogs, loved driving Cadillac cars.

She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas E. Waugh in 2007; also her father Joseph, 1990; mother Julia, 1978; brother Joseph Jr., 1987; and sister Valeria Bailey, 2016.

Surviving are her Niece Elizabeth Jobarteh, Nephew Mike Bransfield, Great-Niece Nikita and Chantel Green, Great-Great-Niece and Nephew, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and husband Bortolo Maestri.

Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY or to Francis House.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1-3pm at Our Lady of Peace Church, Lakeland, with a service at 3pm.
