Judith T. Skellington, 81 of East Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family by her side on Thursday, April 27th, 2023.
She is survived by husband, Raymond James Skellington Sr.; four children, Cynthia Celeste, Raymond Jr. and Caroline; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
