Betty "Joyce" Webb, 86, of Brewerton, passed away peacefully. She retired from the NYS Thruway Authority. Joyce is predeceased by her husband, Ed Webb.
She is survived by three children, Connie Zollo, Pat (John) Cox-Ziemer and Jim (Carol) Webb; nine grandchildren and eight grandchildren; a brother, Fred Collier; nieces and nephews.
Service will be Friday, 2PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. At Joyce's request, there will be no calling hours.
