Joyce M. Krichbaum, 80 of Cicero, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022. She was born on September 2nd, 1942 in Syracuse to the late Cecil and Gladys Carr.
Joyce worked as a Family Court Secretary for many years. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Cicero where she was a Eucharistic Minister and an avid volunteer. She belonged to the Red Hat Society, the Hibernian Club and the Columbiettes. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, collecting antiques and spending time with her beloved grandchildren.
Joyce was known for her sense of style and was always dressed to the nines.
She is survived by her Children, William (Allison) Krichbaum and Justin (Katherine) Krichbaum; Three Grandchildren, Grace, Abigail and Gavin; Siblings, Michael (Teri) Carr, Timothy (Donna) Carr and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse on Tuesday, November 15th 2022 from 4-7pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cicero on Wednesday, November 16th 2022 at 9:30am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CNY SPCA.
