Joyce V. Kinney

Joyce V. Kinney, 81, of Syracuse, passed away November 12, 2023. Joyce was born in Syracuse, New York on November 3, 1942 to Frank and Agnes Kinney. She graduated in 1960 from Onondaga Valley Academy. Joyce retired from ARC of Onondaga in 2008 after 20 years of employment. She was a life member of the Onondaga Hill Presbyterian Church where she taught Sunday school and sang in the choir for many years. Joyce also served as an elder and a Deacon of the church. She was a member of the American Business Women's Association where she served as both President and Secretary.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Frank C. and Agnes Kinney.

She is survived by 2 nieces and a nephew.

Visitation will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 8:30-9:00AM at New Comer Cremations and Funerals where funeral service will follow at 9:00AM. Burial will be held in White Chapel Memory Gardens, Dewitt.
