June 7, 1929 — August 5, 2016

Joyce Dauccio, 87, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Friday. Joyce was an award winning stained glass maker. She also enjoyed sewing, crafting and spending time with her family. Joyce was a member of the Reformed Church of Syracuse.

Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Louis Dauccio in 2012; parents, Iva and Percy Griffith and her brother, David Griffith.

She is survived by her five daughters, Julie Dauccio, Linda Dauccio, Louise Dauccio-Wood, Katherine Dauccio and JoAnn Graham; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Beverly Allen; brother, Frank Griffith and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Wednesday 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. The funeral service will be held on Thursday 10AM at the funeral home with burial to follow in Assumption Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels, 413 Church St., N. Syracuse, NY 13212.
