Josephine R. "Jackie" Armstrong, 68, of North Syracuse, passed away at home with family by her side. She was born on May 7, 1944 in Brooklyn, NY. She retired from Chase Bank after many years and was a volunteer at the North Area Meals On Wheels.
Jackie was predeceased by her husband, John E. Armstrong in 1993. She is
survived by Georgia Lattimer: daughter, Kathleen (John) Ostune, 2 sons; John S. (Kim) Armstrong, Mark L. Armstrong of Oklahoma, 5 grandchildren; Christopher T. & Danielle M. Duxbury, Gregory, Samantha and William Armstrong, sister, Alice Teehan, several nieces, nephews and her family and friends at Sandy Pond.
Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Memorial mass will be held on Tuesday 10am at St. Rose of Lima Church with burial to follow at North Syracuse Cemetery.
