Joseph Venner

Joseph Venner, 71, of North Syracuse, passed away February 3, 2022. Joseph was born in Syracuse, New York on January 17, 1951 to the late Richard and Kathleen Venner.

Joseph worked at Marcellus casket for most of his life, and then Direct TV before he retired.

In his free time he enjoyed camping , fishing, swimming, and anything that involved being around people. He loved family gatherings and getting together with friends. He also enjoyed watching SU basketball, and his favorite football team the Buffalo Bills.

He is survived by his wife Jackie; and their two daughters, Nikki, Kayla Seubert and her husband Tim; his three brothers, Richard and his wife Beth Venner of Camillus NY, Michael and his wife Nancy Venner of Chewelah, WA, and Daniel and his wife Kim Venner of Syracuse, NY; his four sisters, Margaret Pistello of Baldwinsville NY, Mary MacKaig and her husband Rob of Marcellus NY, Judy Venner of Syracuse NY and Eileen Kloss and her husband Dean of Cicero, NY; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm with a service to follow at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - North Syracuse, 705 N. Main St, Syracuse.
