Joseph R. Kurowski, 69, of Solvay, NY, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2014.
Joseph was born in Syracuse, NY. He was the son of the late Joseph, Jr. and Catherine (Bugnaski) Kurowski. He graduated from Solvay High School and retired after 32 years of employment with Church & Dwight Co.
Joseph resided in Solvay most of his life and was a dedicated husband of 38 years to his late wife Christie (Scheirer) Kurowski and the proud father of their twelve children, a legacy that his wife and he spent their life together proudly accomplishing.
Joseph is survived by his children Anthony Kurowski, Jennifer Kurowski, Catherine Kurowski, Christie Jacobson, Andrew Kurowski, Rachel Kurowski, Kimberly Kowacz, Joseph Kurowski, David Kurowski, Richard Kurowski, Thomas Kurowski, Corey Kurowski, as well as twelve grandchildren with two more on the way.
His marriage and children meant the world to him. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by many loved ones. He will be remembered with a private memorial service held by his family.
