Joseph P. Barbagallo, 76, of Clay, passed away peacefully on Tuesday with his family by his side.
Joseph was a lifelong resident of Syracuse. He was an avid hunter and bowler. Joseph enjoyed being around family especially at family gatherings. He was a very dedicated employee and hard worker who worked for Meier and Ranz for over 35 years until they closed. He retired from Hoffman Sausage Co. and Wegmans in Cicero.
Joseph is survived by his wife of 36 years, Debra; 3 children, Michael, Bridgett (Ed) and Kyle; 7 grandchildren, Shane, Heather, April, EJ, Seth, Nate and Nash; 2 great-grandchildren, Sydney and Liam; sister, Frances (Peter) Bonocora and 2 nephews, Steve and Rick.
Calling hours will be Friday 10AM-2PM and 4PM -8PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
Services will be held on Saturday 10AM at the funeral home with burial to follow in White Chapel Memory Gardens.
