Joseph H. Galuski, 64, of Cicero, passed away peacefully on Thursday, following a long illness, with his wife, daughter, and dog, Toby, by his side. Joe was a very well known member of the CNY community having worked at WSYR radio for over 25 years. He loved his family, his media colleagues, his listeners, and the game of golf. Joe was predeceased by his father, Henry, and his brother, Michael "Sky".
Joe is survived by his devoted wife, Nancy (Finnigan) of 42 years; 2 daughters, Carrie (Michael) Masto and Jessica; a son, David; 3 grandchildren, Colin, Anna, and Joey; his mother, Josephine; 2 sisters, Dianne and Donna; 6 nephews; a niece; and many loving friends .
Services are private for the family. Donations may be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave., Syracuse, NY 13208.
