Joseph "Joey" Calogero, 48, a lifetime resident of Liverpool, passed away Monday after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born September 21, 1965 in Syracuse to Anthony and the late Fanny (Milazzo) Calogero.
Joey attended classes at Bryant & Stratton. He loved music, going to concerts, NASCAR races, especially races with Jeff Gordon winning, his dogs and keeping touch with his Facebook friends.
Survivors include his father, Anthony Calogero; his sister, Deborah Daniels; his brother, Michael Calogero; his niece, Toni; his nephews, Joseph, Louis and Luke and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Calling hours will be 11am-1pm Saturday with a funeral service at 1pm at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
