Joseph C. Leclau, 71, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday. He was born in Albany, NY to Mary R. and G. Clyde Leclau where he spent his childhood in and around the Albany area. He graduated from V.I. in Albany and received his BA from LeMoyne College. He worked at Niagara Mohawk for 37 years.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Phyllis; his mother in law, Gertrude L. Miles; his daughter, Melanie Martin; son, Scott J. Leclau; and two grandchildren, Jocelyn Daisy and Tristan Joseph Martin.
Service and burial will be Thursday November 17, 2011 11 AM @ White Chapel Memory Gardens.
