Joseph A. Kerr, 83, of Syracuse passed away Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Joseph joined his wife Mary who predeceased him in March of this year. Joseph and Mary enjoyed their last days together at Sedgewick Heights. He worked for the Syracuse Newspaper for over 30 years as a printer and a foreman. Joseph was a WWII Veteran and a charter member of the Veterans Club. He also belonged to the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include; three sons; Richard (Marilee), Gary (Joan) and Martin (Mary), two daughters; Mary Beth Rancier and Terra (Michael) Vacchiano, Several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be 10 AM Monday at St. Rose of Lima, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery.
