Jonathan Robert Parrott, 38, of Liverpool, passed away suddenly on December 13, 2021. Jon was born in Syracuse and was a life-long resident of Liverpool. He was a graduate of Liverpool High School, where he was a member of the bowling team. He had been employed by American Steel and Aluminum in Liverpool for many years. A quiet and gentle man, he will be fondly remembered for his love of animals, sense of humor, his warm smile, and his heart-felt hugs.
Jon was predeceased by his mother, Elaine Sicara Parrott. He is survived by his father and step-mother, William and Virginia Parrott of Oswego; his siblings, Joshua (Crystal) Parrott of Land-O-Lakes, Florida, Philip Murphy of The Bronx, Larissa Murphy-Morales, of Westvale, and Kelly (Jason) Murphy-Miller, of Liverpool. He is also survived by his nieces, Sophia, Aurelia, and Willa.
Calling hours will be January 4, 2022 from 3pm to 5pm, with a prayer service by the Reverend James Schultz, immediately following at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, North Syracuse, NY.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Helping Hounds Dog Rescue or Seventh Heaven Rescue.
