John Woloszyn

John Woloszyn, 69, of Baldwinsville, passed away August 12, 2024. 

John was born in Syracuse, New York on July 15, 1955 to the late Michael and E. Louise Woloszyn. 

A U.S. Air Force Veteran, John eventually retired from the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office after 25 years. He was a devoted Rev’d Deacon to the Church of St. Mary the Virgin. 

He is predeceased by his brothers, Thomas Woloszyn and Michael Woloszyn. 

He is survived by his two sons, John (Pamela) Woloszyn II and Joseph (Kanchanok) Woloszyn; daughter, Teresa (Michael) Smith; Six grandchildren, Craig Woloszyn, Grace Smith, Hazel Smith, Hunter Smith, Matthew Smith, Lily Smith; as well as numerous Siblings, Nieces and Nephews. 

Visitation will take place on Friday, 10am-12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday at 10 AM in The Church of St. Mary the Virgin at 7831 Morgan Road, Liverpool, New York, 13090.
