John Witteman, 64, of Minoa NY, passed away at home on May 21, 2023. He was born in Syracuse NY, to Malcolm and Lorraine Witteman. John was a graduate of Cicero High School. He worked at Small Engine Repair, as an auto mechanic before following in his fathers footsteps and became a tile man.
He was a great storyteller who could make you laugh with the way he shared a memory. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, his gun club, music, his dogs, and spending time with his great friends.
John is survived by his daughter, Adrienne Andrews of Tuscon AZ; granddaughters, Kalesha and Karina Andrews; sister, Debra Parzych of WI; sister-in-law, Liz Tokotch of VA; and many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Richard Witteman; and sadly his wife and partner of over 40 years, Susan Witteman who passed away just this January.
Per John's wishes, there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to those who helped and cared for John during Sue's illness and after her passing; Liz Tokotch, Spencer Rafferty, Rick Gronau, and Ed Herrick, we are eternally grateful.
