John Anthony Suressi, Jr.

John Anthony Suressi, Jr., 67, of Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly on December 26, 2022. He was born in Syracuse to the late Doris and John A. Suressi, Sr. He served in the United States Armed Forces. John worked for SUNY ESF for 32 years and was a Past President of the CSEA Union. John was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, loved bingo and loved spending time with his family and friends.

John is survived by his wife of 10 years, Rose; daughter, Josephine (James) Senke and companion, Estel E. Holloway; stepchildren, Bobbie Jo (Daniel) Cortez, Amanda (Aaron) Castrello and Randy Derochie; grandson, Kyle James Senke; several other grandchildren; siblings, Kenny J., Frank, George (Lorrie) Suressi and Terry Supernault and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 7th 11 am-2 pm at the Vineyard Church, 312 Lakeside Road, Syracuse, NY 13209.
