John A. Pawlicki, 83, of Brewerton, passed away on Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital after a long illness. John was born in Solvay on June 13, 1937. He was previous co-owner of A & P Auto Parts for many years and retired from New Process Gear. John was a life member of the South Shore Assn. of Oneida Lake. He loved spending time with his family especially trap shooting with his two "boys", Chris & Collin. Back in the 50' & 60's he could be found on local race tracks in his 5B Stockcar. He was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Pauline.
He is survived by his children, Evelyn (James) Matzke, Maryland, Gary (Michele) Gibbs, Clay, Jackie (Martin) Hores, Brewerton, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and his sister, Carol (Andrew) DelGuidice, Liverpool, along with several nieces and nephews.
Per his request there will be no calling hours.
