John T. Linsky

John T. "Jack" Linsky, age 77, of Syracuse, NY passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020.
He was predeceased by his parents, William P. and Anna-Marie Miller Linsky; sister, Patricia Plourde; and brother, William D. Linsky.
Jack is survived by his loving sister, Mary L. (Charles) Besanson; nephews, Andy and Donald Plourde. Jack worked at Nojaim IGA for more than 50 years.
He was the recipient of the Dorothy Day Award for all his generous contributions to the community. Jack was an avid bowler and in his earlier days he was an amazing softball player.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Lucy's Church, 432 Gifford St, Syracuse, NY 13204.
A celebration of Jack's life will be held at a date and time to be announced.
