John Kowalski

John Kowalski, 59, of Cato, passed away November 29, 2024. 

John was born in Syracuse, New York on July 23, 1965 to John and Betty Kowalski. 

He was preceded in death by his Father, John Stanley Kowalski.

John was a spiritual soul who was known for his love of the guitar. He was a talented carpenter, a man devoted to his family. He enjoyed good food, music and spending time with his loved ones. To know John was to love him. 

 “End ? No the journey doesn’t end here. Death is another path. One we must all take.” 

He is survived by his daughters, Mekenzie (Ozzie) VanBuren and Anna Kowalski; son, Cameron VanBuren; Partner, Tina VanBuren; two sisters, Lisa Kowalski and Lori (Scott) Kowalski; two Brothers, Jeffrey (Mary) Kowalski and Michael (Cheri) Kowalski; step-son, Michael (Cory) Stafford; 12 Grandchildren.

A gathering, to honor and remember John, will be held at North Central Church, 7463 Buckley Road, Syracuse, NY 13212 on Saturday, December 7, 2024 between the hours of 12pm and 4pm.

Services will be private.
