John J. LaVeck, 55, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday at his home.
He was born on August 25, 1960 son of the late Allan and Donna LaVeck.
He previously worked at Syracuse China and was a member of several bowling leagues throughout the area.
John was predeceased by his wife Anita in 2011.
Surviving are his children; Laura, John "JB", and Josh (Tracy) LaVeck, his 2 brothers, Gerald (Linda) and Edward (Betty), several grandchildren, nieces, nephews , step children; Jennifer, Ryan, Lisa & Anne and his former wife, Rosalyn LaVeck.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
Donations will be accepted at the funeral home.
