John (Jack) C. Earley, 82 of North Syracuse passed away Tuesday May 10, 2005 at home. He was born in Madison, NJ to Matthew Earley and Catherine Connelly. He was Owner & President of Dictronic Systems, North Syracuse for 40 years. He was a Eucharistic minister and CCD teacher for St Rose of Lima Church. He was a member of the Clay Democratic Committee and named Clay Democrat of the Year. He served as Advisor and treasurer on numerous Political campaigns. He is an Army Air Force Veteran of WWII, serving in the European Theater. John is preceded in death by his wife of 46 years Florence; brother, Father Stephen Earley S.J.; sisters, Marie West and Kathryn Woodruff.
He is survived by three sons, John M. of North Syracuse, Matthew C. of Clay, Stephen B. of Cicero; three daughters, Maureen DelBalso of Westfield, NY, Catherine Smith of Hastings, Monica Alton of Cicero; one sister; Eileen McHugh of Morristown, NJ, 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Services will be Monday, 10 AM in St. Rose of Lima Church. Private burial will be in St. Vincent's Cemetery, Madison, NJ. Friends are invited to call on Sunday from 3-6 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 705 North Main St.
