John H. Besaw

John H. Besaw, 50, of Syracuse, passed away March 10, 2025. John was born in Syracuse, New York on May 6, 1974 to Charles and Patricia Besaw.

John worked for Helio Health, where he worked as a recovery peer support specialist, and enjoyed helping people as he was on his own recovery journey. He was a person who could make anyone laugh and light up a room with his own. In his free time, he enjoyed going to the water park and spending time with is kids and granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by mother, Patricia Besaw.

He is survived by his two daughters, Ashley Besaw, Nevaeh Besaw; son, Jonathan Besaw; granddaughter, Ni'yari ; four brothers, and one sister.

Family and friends may call on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 4:00pm - 5:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - North Syracuse, 705 N. Main St, Syracuse.
