He was born on February 28, 1961 in the Bronx.
John worked as a Chef for many restaurants in New York City.
His passions were fishing and cooking.
John is survived by his wife, Diane Augone; his daughters, Maria and Jamie; his sons, Scott, and Adam and his grandson, Anthony.
Visitation will be 6-7PM on Friday at Cornerstone Christian Church, Syracuse. A memorial service will immediately follow at 7pm.
