JoAnn N. Colasanti, 83, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday January 4th at Upstate at Community General with her loving family by her side. JoAnn was born in Syracuse on February 28, 1938 daughter of the late Vincent and Leona Cook. She raised her children with love for 65 years with her husband John, who passed away in March 2018. Her family was the light of her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Frank) Giglio, 2 sons, John (Joan) Colasanti, III, Jayme (Maureen) Colasanti, 6 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Melinda (Greg), Christina (John), Ashley (Vinny), Megan, Alison, 2 great grandchildren, Gregory & Dominick, her sister, Jean Calcagino, brother, Howard (Linda) Cook, along with many nieces and nephews.
