Joan A. (Whidden) Clark
March 22, 1936 — November 14, 2016
Joan A. (Whidden) Clark, 80, formerly of Cazenovia and most recently of Cicero, passed away on Monday surrounded by her family. She loved cooking, watching soap operas and spending time with her family. Joan was an avid SU Sports fan.
Joan was predeceased by her husband, Richard L. Clark; brothers, Francis Joseph, Richard and William B. Whidden and a sister-in-law, Betty Whidden.
She is survived by her children, John Whidden, Cynthia (Dan Callas) Williams, Kevin Whidden, Lisa (William) Foster; step-children, Rochelle Dill and Kenneth Clark; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, James Whidden; sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Whidden and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Friday 3-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will be held Saturday 10AM at the funeral home with entombment to follow in St. Mary's Mausoleum, Dewitt.
