Joan N. Terrill, 76, of Brewerton, passed away at home after a long illness.
She was born in New Hartford, NY daughter of William and Anna Terrill. Joanie worked as a librarian at NOPL in Brewerton for several years. She loved to visit the New England Lighthouses, she enjoyed her children's, grand children's and great grandchildren's band concerts. She was an avid Yankee Fan. Joan spent much time knitting, sewing and documenting family ancestry.
Surviving are 4 daughters: Diane (Michael) Thurber, Gail (Cal) Lovering, Tracy (David) Kubek, Heidi (Klaus) Aserian, 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother Gordon Terrill; 2 sisters: Terri Howarth, Sandy Bruzzese; 8 nieces, nephews and her beloved cat, Freddy. She was predeceased by her long- time companion Taylor Lapham.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-7pm at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 7444 Buckley Rd., North Syracuse.
