Joan E. Miller, 71, of North Syracuse, passed away at home with her family by her side on March 26, 2024.
Joan was born in Syracuse, New York on April 9, 1952 to the late Helen and John Britschge.
Joan was a kind hearted, humble person who loved her family dearly. The relationships she fostered with friends and family were her true passion. She had a radiating smile that lit up the room. She enjoyed travels to Southwick Beach, crafting and spending time with her dog, Bailey.
Joan has missed her loving husband as they were best friends and true soulmates. She held on for her children and grandchildren while fighting her cancer diagnosis and still had the best demeanor to everyone she encountered. She will truly be missed by all.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Joe Miller and her Brother, Jay Britschge.
She is survived by Three Daughters, Joey Miller, Janina "Miller" Cosentino, Jade Miller; Son, Jeffrey Miller; Brother, James (Cathleen) Britschge; Sister-in-law, Elizabeth Britschge; Grandchildren, Angelina Cosentino, Gabriella Cosentino and Sophia Miller.
There will be a private celebration of life at a later date.
