Joan Louise Tracy, 73 of North Syracuse passed away at Loretto Rehabilitation Center after a long and courageous battle with COPD and Emphysema. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold P. Tracy in 2005. Joan is Survived by two daughters, Val (Jim) Noble, Karen Tracy; two sons, Michael (Kim) Tracy, Kris (Erin) Tracy; sister, Shirley Hurst; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Joan's family will respect her wishes not to have services or calling hours.
Contributions can be made in Joan's name to the American Lung Assoc. or Lorreto Rehab. Center.
