Joan was a life-long resident of the Syracuse area. She attended school in Syracuse, graduating with honors from Syracuse Central High School in January, 1950. She will be sorely missed by all her many friends and former colleagues.
On November 28, 2012, she married Charles E. Bullock of North Syracuse, where they have resided ever since.
Joan is survived by her Husband, Charles; her two Sons, Bradley (Tamara) and Gordon (Therese); and Grandsons, Brandon, Ross, Luke, Joe, and Jay. She is also survived by her Brother, Bruce Finney (Diane) of Rotunda West, Florida.
