Joan Berry

Joan Berry, aged 98, a resident of North Syracuse, passed away on October 11th, 2020. She was born in Syracuse in 1922 and lived for many years in California and North Carolina. She was predeceased by husbands George Bradley, who died in April 1991, the father of two sons, and by Chalmers Berry who passed in 1997.

Joan is survived by son John, wife Karen, and son David, wife Kathy, and by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was a registered nurse, working in both California and in North Carolina. Joan and her husband "Brad" were ham radio operators, and she enjoyed flying as a private pilot.

Joan was a celebrant at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Liverpool, NY. A memorial service will be held there for family members on October 24th, 2020 at 11:00 am.
