Jillian E. Sullivan Cooke, 43, of Syracuse, passed away on May 5, 2024.
Jillian was born in Syracuse, New York on July 19, 1980 to Mark Sullivan and Elizabeth O’Connor.
Jillian worked passionately as an LPN for many years at various organizations, most recently the Grand Rehabilitation Center. In her free time, she loved to play darts, go camping and spending time at the beach or outdoors. She loved hosting family BBQ’s and the holiday events. Most of all she loved to watch her children be happy and succeed.
She was predeceased by her biological father, Mark Sullivan and all of her grandparents; aunts, Colleen and Erin O’Connor.
She is survived by her husband, Vernon Cooke; mother, Elizabeth O’Connor; father, Dale Blasier; daughters, Briaunna Bonilla and Gabriella Rodriguez; sons, Christian Sullivan and Grayson Cooke; step-children, Pauline Cooke, Vernon Jr., Bella Rae and Mia Elizabeth; sisters, Jennifer (Damon) Fout and Jaclyn Blasier; brother, Michael Blasier; As well as many, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will take place on Friday, May 10th from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A service will follow at 7:00pm. Burial will be private.
