Jill E. Carver, 50, of Baldwinsville, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Upstate Hospital. Jill was born in Pittsburgh, PA on March 6, 1974, the daughter of David and Jane Ciciarelli. Jill was last employed at CNY Psychiatric Center. She was predeceased by her father in 1977.
She is survived by her mother, Jane; her twin children, Aliyah & Benjamin Carver; two brothers, Mark Ciciarelli & Christopher Ciciarelli.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024, from 4-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with a Memorial service at 6:00 pm.
