Jennifer Cronin, 48 of Liverpool, NY, formally of West Haven, CT, passed away May 9, 2018 of cancer.
She leaves behind her mother Joan Cronin, son Joshua Cronin, brothers William Cronin and Kenneth Cronin, and was pre-deceased by William Cronin, her father.
Jennifer will be greatly missed by her family and friends for her smile, her love for life, and determination and strength. She was our Hero.
We would also like to say a special thank you to the staff and nurses at Upstate Cancer Center.
A viewing will be held Thursday, May 17th at New Comer Funeral Home from 3-4 pm.
