Jeffrey A. Hart, 38, of Syracuse, passed away Friday after a brief illness. He was a loving father, husband, brother and beloved son. Jeff was a multi-talented tradesman, outdoorsman and enjoyed football; he looked forward to becoming a grandfather in July.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Paula (Chiodo) Hart; four children, Jeffrey Jr., Phoenix, Jordan and Alyssa; his mother, Jean Hart; his father, Arthur (Mary Kay) Hart Jr.; two sisters, Emily (Jesse) Jerge and Rebecca Hart; and a large extended family.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Services will follow at 7PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions for their children's education may be made to Paula Hart, PO Box 122, Syracuse, NY 13206.
