Jean Patricia Nixon (nee McKenzie), 74, of Baldwinsville died 6/22/12. Jean was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica and migrated to the US in 1964. She retired from AIG Insurance in 1995 following 18 years of service. Jean was predeceased by her husband Colin who died February 14, 2012.
Surviving are a son, Anthony Nixon and fiancée, Edwina Brady of Baldwinsville; step-son, Colin G. Nixon and wife, Shellinie Nixon; two step-grandchildren, Colleen and Josh; cousins, Delano Chandler, Gem Golden and families; sister-in-law, Merle Nelson and nephew, Roy Nelson, Jr.
Calling hour will be from 10-11 AM on Saturday with services to follow at 11 AM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay.
