Jean Marie Heizman, 50, of Marietta went home to Jesus on Friday. Jeanie will be remembered by all for her gift of love. She is predeceased by her parents, Bernard and Rose Heizman and a brother, Rev. Leo Heizman.
Jeanie is survived by a brother, Deacon Bernard Heizman; four sisters, Sr. Nadine Heizman, Catherine (Timothy) Fahey, Bernadette (Keith) Mayotte, Therese (Curt) Brown and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held Monday at 11 AM at St. Matthews Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt. Friends may visit with Jeanie's family on Sunday from 3-6 PM at New Comer Family funeral home, 705 North Main Street.
Contributions may be made in Jeanie's name to the St. Matthew's Memorial Fund, 229 Yates St., East Syracuse, NY 13057.
